Select your site for the community educational project.I am currently in Bermuda fulfilling a job request and the company I found to do my project is associates in integrated health/Hiv/aids support group. Complete and submit the Community Health Educational Project Permission Form. (if this cannot be completed in the first week, please speak directly with your professor about options) This I will have completed.Project Hours Log (estimated 2-3 hours) – must be fully complete with the actions listed with hours, total hours, your name and date at the bottom (see example below) This I will have completed as well(This is the portion I will need help with) Please submit your site selection in an APA formatted essay of 250 to 300 words in length. The essay should explain why you selected the site and when and where your educational presentation will take place. Please submit the essay, the permission form, and your N493 Project Hour Log. These may be submitted in three files in the dropbox.I chose this audience because I have seen a lot of individuals who have contracted this illness unknowingly and felt like their life was over and that nothing else mattered. I wanted to create a project to show these individuals that there is life after contracting this disease. The educational project will take place either on the weekend of February 8th or 15th still trying to decide the date based on approval of manager. The location of the community project will take place at either the facility or in the auditorium at hamilton princess hotel in Bermuda.
