Write a paper describing a group decision process that you, personally, participated in, and that was affected by one or more of the following group biases:•Group polarization•Groupthink•Abilene EffectIn your paper, answer the following questions.•Did the bias or biases affect the quality of the final group decision? How?•Did anybody in the group notice what was going on, and try to prevent it from affecting the decision? If so, what?•If you were in a similar meeting in the future, how would you prevent the same biases from affecting the outcome?Proceed as follows.•Identify, define, and briefly describe the bias or biases you’re discussing. If more than one, then make sure your descriptions specify the differences between them.•Describe the group decision process. Be specific. What was the decision being discussed?
