Ethical & Legal Issues

1. Choose an ethical or legal issue topic in healthcare of your choice. Examples: incorrect medications given (Dennis Quaid incident), patient falls, negligence in performing CT’s (California cases) , increase risk factors such as infection rates, etc. Discuss how your issue impacts healthcare financially (positive or negative), employees, patient safety or quality improvement. 2. The paper must be at least 3 pages excluding cover page and reference page.
